After graduating from Loughborough University in 2016, Josh created JTPT and embarked on a journey working for himself. Through providing an affordable but personal coaching service in the form of outdoor bootcamps he has successfully helped hundreds of people make a positive change to their lifestyle.

Hi, my names Beth and I’m one of the bootcamp instructors at JTPT. My hobbies include walking, reading and CrossFit. I love all things health and fitness related and love to challenge myself in all areas of life (both mentally and physically). I believe there is no one size fits all approach to health, and with the right amount of support and guidance, everyone is capable of reaching their goals no matter what their ability!

Hi I’m Matt a fitness coach that believes in making exercise fun, enjoyable and accessible to all. My fitness journey started in 2007 joining the British Army as an Infantry soldier. In 2012 I was deployed on Operations in Afghanistan and was unfortunately injured in combat. During my rehabilitation programme, I fell in love with functional fitness and helping people to overcome obstacles. I decided to get into fitness in the civilian world to bring my knowledge and unique experience to help people achieve their goals and push themselves further then they think they can go.
