Who Is It Suitable For?

Anyone over 18 years old! The benefit of having a coach at every JTPT Bootcamp session is that, if you can’t do an exercise, or need extra help, it’s there for you! We have members aged 19 and members aged 66!

Why Do I Need To Apply?
We make sure we speak to everyone personally to see if we can help. We want to make sure that you can get the best out of the programme before we enroll you. If we cant help, we wont take your money!
How Many People per session?

We limit the numbers to make sure we can still offer personalised coaching to every member. Social Distancing and Covid precautions in place.

What Are The Sessions Like?

The Bootcamps are a mixture of resistance exercises, High Intensity Intervals and circuits. Oh and also fun fitness games too! Low impact versions for all abilities to benefit from!

What Happens After the 4 Weeks?

After you initial 4 weeks, if you have seen great progress and enjoy the sessions we will welcome you to join our Bootcamp Members club!
